Important information before your party

We look forward to helping you celebrate with us.  We just have a few things that need to be addressed before we see you on the day.  Please read the following information to help make your party run smoothly whatever the occasion. 

1) You will be allotted a certain amount of time for the party.  The amount of time given will depend on the party type.  Details are as follows:

*Build a bear. Time given 1.5 hours
*Pottery and Foam clay 2 hours 
*Tshirt painting 1 hour

2) You can add on extra time for £25 per half hour additional time.  This should be arranged prior to the party date.  If the party over runs on the day the additional costs will be added to the final bill to pay at the end of the party.

3) A deposit will be required prior to the party date. This can be paid over the phone, via bank transfer or in person.  The remainder is to be paid the day of the party before exiting the venue. 

4) For insurance purposes we cannot have food consumed on the premises that has not been purchased on site. You are welcome to hand out party bags containing sweets etc to be taken away. 

5) Prices for party guests are for one item to be made per person, you can do additional items at an extra cost. 

6) For groups larger than 10 we can supply paper plates for an additional cost or you are welcome to bring your own. Groups 10 and under we will supply plastic plates free of charge. 

7) Food ordered but not consumed will still be charged.  We do not accept cancellations for food once it has been ordered. 

8) Numbers of guests will need to be confirmed at the time of paying a deposit. Once a deposit has been paid the numbers of guests cannot be reduced down. In case of no shows and reduced numbers on the day full payment will still be taken. If you wish to add more people please call the shop on 01923 590864 and we can discuss arrangements.
